Serbia is the Number 1 producer of quince in Europe and among the ten most significant producers of this fruit globally. Quince is a fruit with a small percentage of sugar, so it is important not to pick it up too early. Fruit harvest is made manually, while further production is made traditionally by applying modern technology/ production knowledge.
